Watto's Junk Yard / Re: Hurricane Season 2004

I cannot even begin to express how SICK of this hurricane crap I am!!!!
Charley damaged my home, (just $2000) Francis damaged one of my work trucks, and this has killed my business for the rest of the season. Moved most of the contents of my home to a safer location, but cannot move anything home until we see what Ivan is going to do. (I live in a mandantory evacuation area, twice I have been told to leave my home) This is going on 5 weeks with no work, I am about to snap. I am physically ok, but pretty stressed. Almost ready to go O Ren on somebody.... Being without power for a week at a time in the Florida heat is enough to make a person crazy.
There HAS to be SOME explanation why these storms are hitting this area like this. I have lived in Florida over 30 years, I've never heard of this happening before, anywhere. I am thankful that damage was not worse for me, but PLEASE! ENOUGH!!
But here I am, checking in and venting a little. Hope all the rest of my Florida friends are ok. (Just checked on Karma, she is ok too) For any of you that might be in future hurricane paths, heed the warnings and PREPARE. Thanks for all of you that cared enough to think of our struggle.
