There were whispers last year that he was in the substance abuse program...they also found pot in the ash tray of the car that he tried to run over the traffic cop with

Maybe that Whizzinator Onterrio had was actually Randy's.  I guess we'll never know.  Glad that the knucklehead is no longer the Vikings' problem.
