Pick a team each week and hope that team wins, if they do, you are alive for next week when you have to pick a different team to win etc etc
The trick is you can't pick the same team twice AND you get a week wrong and you are done

But when I signed up for the salary cap one, it didn't give me an option to join a group.... so I think I did something wrong.

Ah, I figured it out. You need to join first and it puts you in two groups, the State yyou live in and your favorite team. After you're all signed up you can join the JD Group.

Just so I'm clear - all those groups are on my page, but I've only got one team right?

I wanted to pick Chicago in my "survival" game this week but it wasn't an option, I have no idea why not..... ???

Once you pick a team you cannout use them again that season, you've already used Chicago in week 2 ;)
