Its interesting that they're making three all new sculpts here while the Vintage versions are just repacks. While I'll always take new figures, I'd sure rather have something more current from Rogue One, Solo, TROS, etc.
If they keep this going I sure hope they make a Yoda, and ideally a deluxe figure of Yoda on Kybuck.

I'm genuinely curious to see how the Tartakovsky look for Grievous gets translated into this Black Series release. Because his look in this incarnation of the Clone Wars was a significant departure from live action as well as the 2008 series.

I'd be happy if they just upscaled the 3.75" version they brought out years ago.

There's no way they DON'T do repacks/repaints. Grievous is totally going to be a repack of the D1 figure, just with a white paintjob and white cape (and probably a $40 MSRP)

He was for about 30 seconds. Ripped out of my cart when trying to pay…total BS.
I got the other two but really wanted the full set and I’m sure he will never come back up again like the exclusive Rex I missed also. ::)

I'm back at work at a real job, so the days of being able to log in throughout the morning to even attempt to get these are long gone for me. Back to Ebay I guess...

Despite all the reasons I've read elsewhere that I should hate these, I really like how they look now that we've got actual product pics. More disappointed now I missed Mace.

Yeah, I hope these make it to the store or back online as I missed Mace as well.

I missed both Mace and the ARC Trooper during the pre-orders. I added these to my list on the Walmart app, so I can periodically check the online listings. So far I haven't seen these come back in stock since they were initially offered over the summer.
The execution on these looks better than I had expected. I actually really like the way that Grievous came out, and thankfully that's the one figure I was able to preorder.

Agreed, I dig these. I need that Windu and the ARC. Grievous looks great, and I want one just for the uniqueness, but I can live if I don't get it

Has anyone received their pre-orders on these? Apparently some have shipped and are on the secondary market.
Mine has been stuck in a "preparing" state, but hasn't shipped, although it says it'll be delivered today.
Hopefully this doesn't mean that some of our pre-orders are all hosed up.

I received the Grievous that I pre-ordered back in July. It only arrived within the past week. I gave up on the ARC Trooper and Mace Windu, even though I've seen indications that they've been in stock.

I’ve checked that ARC Trooper page 4-5 times a day ever since it went up and I missed it. Very frustrated that it’s never come back long enough to get a second chance.
I got my Mace Windu in a mailer bag and the card was all bent to hell. I don’t know what they are waiting for to ship Grievous, I ordered him the very first day.

My preorders have now been moved to a "delayed" status, which is slightly reassuring in that at least they reflect that the items haven't actually shipped.

I forget who posted this in another thread, but Grievous is available on Amazon for $31 (and free shipping), which is less than I would have paid Wal-Mart for these if they could have fulfilled my preorders.
Still trying to track down a reasonably priced ARC Trooper and Mace... ::)

Yeah, I finally broke down and bought Grievous for $30 on eBay. I was not having any luck with the ARC Trooper…til today! I saw they had him in stock for $29.99 plus $5.99 for shipping, which is only like $2.50 more than I would have paid originally, so I jumped on it.
So def keep checking that page on Walmart too for that guy. :)
