True. Originally, Timothy Zahn wanted to have Joruus C'Baoth actually be a clone of Obi-Wan Kenobi that turned to the dark side. George Lucas squashed that idea.
I always thought of modifying a Ben Kenobi figure a bit to make a Joruus C'Baoth figure but never got around to it.

« Last post by Jeff on December 11, 2024, 10:04 AM »I recognized the name Crimson Jack from the old Marvel days. A quick google search makes me think that they’re probably not related as the Marvel version was killed by Han Solo.
I lobbied so hard for a Marvel Star Wars #15 Han Solo/Crimson Jack comic pack back in the day. That was my very first Star Wars comic. Loved the visuals.
I guess we'll have to wait and see if they are doing a little ret-con thing or if "Crimson Jack" is just another alias Jod Na picked up, like the "Captain Silvo" name he was using in episode 1.
So far so good. Really enjoying this show so far. Good pacing, interesting mystery, fun adventure, mix of new and old aliens. All good.

Fun episode. I like the combo of learning a little of the backstory of At Attin and the reveal that Jude Law’s character is also a pirate. I wonder if he is an ex-Jedi as well.

So far I’m pretty entertained by this show.

« Last post by Ryan on December 10, 2024, 12:41 PM »I am shooketh. I was just looking at my old TLC & POTF2 Thrawns yesterday and was considering swapping the Ysalamiri out to put on the new figure. Despite BS getting these, I had pretty much given up hope for this kind of classic EU stuff in TVC. What a cool set, especially considering only 1 of 3 figures is fully new, (not counting it's accessories. Both the figures and the cardbacks look great. Count me in for two sets. 
I second the notion for a follow up set w/ Luke, Mara Jade, & Talon Karde!
