Wow, Force Guy - long time no see.
Did you guys catch CNN last night? They were predicting the usual doom an gloom future of the United States, and for once I agree with them.
They did a report on Brazil and how they only depend on oil for 25% of their total fuel consumption. The entire country is fueled (75% of it) by sugar cane. The waste that is left over from the production process is used to power the plants.
The fuel that they produce from the sugar cane is called Alcool. It has taken nearly 30 years for the country to get where they are today - almost total self-reliance in regards to fueling their vehicles.
Amazing...and embarassing for us Americans who are nearly 30 decades behind.
And oh yeah, what about China and their bid to become the next world superpower?
