Got out to see it today. Loved it. Well done all the way around.

Agreed it was pretty awesome.  I want to see it again but I'll probably wait for the DVD...it'll be cheaper.

Holy crap.  I don't think I've seen that before but it's cool as hell.

You know, that's a pretty hot girl but even great T&A is overshadowed by the fact that she apparently took some of her photos in the WWII monument in DC.  I have 0 respect for that.

I need to get to ToyTraderz more often, I've been slacking.  Just seems like after I get done doing updates, reading RS, JD and the GI Joe boards I'm on toy overload.  I've only written one article for CreatureCantina.com in the last 6 months.

But, you're right about the forum on RS.  Suddenly it's a huge thing when there are plenty of other sites out there already like TNI, Super Toy Archive, action-figure.com, ToyTraderz and 16bit.com.  Most of them are about new lines and that's one thing that makes TT unique.  You guys are covering vintage lines as well.

It just points out that a lot of the modern guys on RS are either strictly SW fans or, for some reason, they can't break out of the RS.com community.

September?  August, maybe, so that it's out in time for season 2.

I never thought Christina Ricci was that pretty, but she's very sexy and that goes a long way.

Okay, now I liked last night's "Lost."  It's the first one since they came back from break that I liked and it's one of the few including the first 6 that didn't suck IMO.

Plus, Cheech!!!

I was wondering if ToyTraderz.com had anything to do with them starting it up.  Or to compete with Adam Pawlus over at 16bit.com maybe?

There are a lot of ther sites out there covering the same stuff but I'm guessing they figure they might have a built-in audience with the large community already in place at RS.  Besides, SW is going to wind down eventually, this gives Myatt and Curto another outlet.

By the way, Myatt appears to be the registered owner of the cooltoyreview.com domain but it's hosted with the RS.com sites because it's using the same DNS servers.

She played Cyane in season 4 (I think it was 4) of Xena.

She was Shalimar on Mutant X.

I had my first Shamrock Shake last week!  I'll have to stop in again, maybe this weekend, and grab another.

In a completely non-Oscar post...Victoria Pratt.  I've had a borderline unhealthy infatuation with her since she guest starred on an episode of Xena.  It took a lot of internet searching back then to find out who she was.

Other Toy Lines / Re: Diecast: Dinky-Matchbox-Hot Wheels
« on: February 22, 2007, 04:52 PM »
I've never been into Hot Wheels.  Even as a kid I bought mostly Matchbox cars because that was what my local store sold.

However, back in December, I was in Target for a toy run and spun through the car aisle and saw a Hot Wheels car on the pegs but the bubble was entirely black with a question mark on it.  After looking at I found out that there is a set of Mystery cars for 2007.  I thought it was cool so I bought it along with one other, there were only the two.  Since then I've been cruising the HW aisle looking for more and found 6 the other day.

One of them is supposed to be a Batmobile from one of the recent cartoons.  They each have a barcode on them and supposedly Mattel will release info later in the year to tell you what car you have by the code but there doesn't appear to be any correlation...meaning all Batmobiles don't have the same code.

They're kind of fun and for the 6 of them it cost less than one Star Wars figure.
