I thought any of you living close to Gatlinburg, TN would like to know that Jeremy Bulloch (aka Boba Fett) will be a guest at the upcoming Adventure Con show being held in Gatlinburg, TN from October 3rd to October 5th of 2003.

Adventure Con is one of the largest toy and collectible shows in the south east for the last few years.

The more of a Star Wars precense we have, the more celebrities from the Star Wars Saga they will invite. Jeremy is a direct result of a bunch of guest at the last show asking why they didn't have any Star Wars guests.

Ok, now that I got your attention.....

I am in the process of getting one or two of the Mexican Exclusive Convention figure from this coming summer.

In trade I am needing one of a few things.....
Wizard Con Exclusive Keldor
Wizard Con Exclusive Clonetrooper mini bust

These two items will be convention exclusives available only at Wizard World San Diego Comic Con and Wizard World Chicago.

Both will be limited and since I will not be able to go to Chicago or San Diego, this is my only chance to get them.

These two items will not be available for a few more months but if you think you will be able to get one and think you will want to trade, contact me by e-mail.

I will reply to your e-mail and we can discuss the trade agreement.

No other trade offers will be entertained at this time....only for the two items mentioned above.

Saga '02-'04 / 2003 to rehash or not to rehash, that is the question

Well as most of us now now, super smart HASBRO has decided to take more of our money than they already do by rehashing some previously released figures.

At first, when I heard they would be re-issues of older figures, I thought I would be ok. Since the only difference was going to be the cardback, I could pass on these.

Now I have noticed on the HASBRO page that they are saying that these re-issues will have newly sculpted bases.........@#$%^&*!!!

I guess I will be shelling out my money for them after all.

On some figures this might be ok, like the CT R2-D2. A figure many people had trouble getting...but why on an easily accessible figure like the AOTC Jango Fett?

Well my question is.....what figure would you not mind if HASBRO re-issued in this fashion?
