It looks like the lottery for the R2-D2's has been drawn by Medicom. That might be good news for the boys waiting for theirs for the last couple of months. The bad news for me is that I will be seeking mine on the secondhand market too. I had 3 chances in the lottery and none of them came through.

I posted in the feedback forum for Simon as well, but it doesn't hurt to say again. He rocks, no way around it. It is always a pleasure doing business with him, and hope to continue to in the future.

I came across this recently and was curious. I'm not a huge vintage collector, but I'm not sure I've ever seen this before.
The owner claims it's real and was produced in the factory. He said he bought it 20 years ago. I tend to think he or somebody else just stuck the coin on the card. Can anybody shed any light on this?
