Okay, I might be an idiot, and have missed something or whatever. But What about Cypher Diaz.. If hes supposed to have orderd the clone army without the council knowing, couldnt he of deleted the planet from the archives?

Yes, but Syfo Dyas was dead at the time the clones were ordered in his name, so who was pretending to be Syfo dyas, Dooku, Anakin, Qui Gon, Jango, Palpatine or Zam.  My monies on Dooku ordering the clones and Anakin erasing the file.  Both probably think they're doing the right thing at the time.
