He must be. I'm no engineer, but can you fly a helicopter upside down? Ever? Isn't the whole point of the blades to lift the body? If you invert it, isn't it going to pull the body down faster than gravity would otherwise? And how do you yo-yo it back and forth like that? Wouldn't that require a reversal in the direction of the primary rotor? There's no indication of that happening?
Perhaps there are other propulsors of some sort on it, but until I hear otherwise I call scam.
