Palpatine is not included as it is him they are being loyal to and the Rodians name I believe is Dar Wac. He is an aide to Palpatine.
Just to shed some light, I was referring to the part of the film where the Jedi are in Palpys office and the Hologram of Dar Wac (the rodian aide) informs him that the loyalist committee is here. He sends in what I thought was the whole committee.
If I am wrong on this (sorry) can someone let me know where they referenced it.

And here's a swimming Obi-Wan with respirator (no cloak though) from the Gungan Scout Sub for Guttersnipe:
He's lame. I kind of wanted one to match the Qui Gon that came with the Opee, cloaked with "real swimming" articulated ankles. Just like in TPM.

Yes the balcony is nice. Yes the face is a bit off but come on she comes with flowers.
Flower accessories are the path to the darkside. Flowers lead to garden tools. Garden tools lead to vegetable patches. Vegetable patches lead to leaving the Jedi order and settling down with a nice little allotment and concentrating on prize winning marrows instead of hunting down and killing the entire Jedi order.

What would you do with all the duplicate stuff?

It would be a good purchase if you had just started. Almost all the POTF2 line in one foul swoop.

I liked them in the theatres when they came out but on reflection and many viewings later the cons become more and more apparent.
The thing that bothers me is GL said it was bringing the films "closer" to his vision but that is crap really.
If there were little "tweaks" rather than changing major actions of the characters i.e. Greedo shooting first, that is changing the whole scene rather than enhancing.
Why did he not do it in the first place?
I like the little things;
Banthas on Tatooine as Jabbas barge sails past,
More Stormies on the Death Star
Bespin windows etc.
NOT the major changes.
Lets face CGI just doesn't fit into the old films like new ones, it is not convincing.

I also think though it sends a strong signal that all is not right in SWdom and that resorting to these rereleases is a cheapening of the line to make more money instead of investing time in making even slightly retooled figures
It would be better if they re-released the harder ones to get instead, but that would satisfy openers and infuriate MOMC.
I believe it is a fine line they have to tread and any route will lead to flak from one of the "groups"
I have all of the re-releases already (bar Maul) so I wont buy them and dont really consider them "holes", but would welcome any of the following;
Holo Sid
TC14
R2 B1
Amidala Battle
Zuckuss
Piett
To re-release those would save me ££££££££'s
But someone who has them all ready will be annoyed because they will see it as de-valueing.
Maybe thats why the assortment is what it is, if it was Commtech Leia/Stormtrooper Han i.e. the harder to find ones they would annoy more than please
