Well Liam Neeson and Sam Jackson broke down the secret this past Saturday night at the Palm Springs Film Festival.  Here is the link:

So much for any real surprises in this film.  Anyone surprised?  These rumors have been floating for some time now.

I thought at one time Rick or some other Star Wars head honcho said Qui-Gon would not be returning in ROTS as a spirit?  Maybe not?

However, it makes sense since Jinn's voice is heard during AOTC.  It would be odd not to have some sort of follow up to that scene.  Lucas did say the ghost thing would be explained in ROTS.  So, it could happen.

But what is strange is that according that article BOTH Jackson and Liam hinted at the scene.  I can't imagine those two leaking information that is supposed to be secret.   It's possible Liam was just B.S.ing with that "Jedi honor" stuff to.

Guess we'll find out in 5 months!

I really hope this is true. QuiGon is the most memorable and fully realized character introduced in the PT. It's be great for him to return.
