Seriously, I'm surprised new figures (beyond #56) have not been officially anounced. Personally, I hope there's a bit of a break between ROTS and the unified line. But that's me.

I don't even think we'll see info about "what's next" at Comic Con - perhaps things like Plo Koon's Starfighter, the TRU exclusive Jedi Starfighter w/Obi-Wan and the final versions of both the later Evolutions and Battle Pack assortments with packaging samples - but beyond that, I doubt it will be anything more than a scaled down version of the displays at C3.
I think we are in for (comparatively) a bit of a dry spell come August/September anyway.
No more unleashed beyond the EP3 Wave 2.
No more 12" figures at all.
No more Deluxe figures once Wave 3 hits with all of it's different case ratios
We've already gotten figures #1 - #47 so that leaves only nine figures and at their current pace those will be all out by the end of July, perhaps early August.
That leaves only the 500th Vader, the three Evolutions sets and the three Battle Packs.
As far as I'm concerned, a break this summer would be welcome after the April/May onslaught we've just been through. I mean really - who could have guessed that we'd already have 47 basic figures, 14 deluxe figures (I'm counting the paint variants of the Vulture Droid and Clone 3-packs separately), 6 unleashed, 5 12" figures, 3 battle arenas, the Mustafar playset, three small vehicles, four mid-size vehicles and two large vehicles all within a two month period since the official release date!

I'm fine with a $$$ break too! I would like to see what is on tap for the Fall, but to be honest, I could use a big time gap from new stuff for a couple months.

Yeah, I'd like to slow down a bit, but I really would like to know what was coming in the fall.

I'd be content with them stocking up on figures, especially Clones, for a while... Getting a break isn't a bad thing at this point.
Hell I still haven't seen the medical droid even, though I didn't get out to look much last week for anything... So I could use a little downtime from "new" figures.

A break would be welcome. However, I think they will keep on trucking especially since the movie has gone over so well. Got to strike while the iron is hot you know.
At any rate I would think we would here some more info at that SD comic con. They seem to really like that place for announcing Star Wars stuff in general.

I think at SDCC we will see a few items, but nothing insane.

If they reveal an AT-TE, I would proabably crap my pants with excitement.

I, too, hope for a break--but not for the same reason.
I'm taking my time acquiring the ROTS figures, for my game plan was based on stuff lingering on pegs for months and years like Episodes I and II. But if they keep pushing out new stuff at this rate, I'll never get caught up.

Personally, I don't think we need any more "new" figures. Finish the second half of the year with clone repacks / redecos.
AT-TE Tanker gunners, SA clones in different flavors, the new AT-RT clone, clone commander tooling in different colors, hell - throw in the #6 clone in different colors too.
And it wouldn't hurt to throw in some more baddies like Red royal guards, a few Vaders, etc.

I have to disagree. I think most people would get bored with that. I can't see kids wanting all the different types of clones, new figures are a must.

That's cool - but I think the kids are after the main characters and then troopers.
I mean really, what characters are we missing besides specific clones?

Well, there's a ton of Padme fiigures that they could do...
...also, some background aliens from Coruscant... the Lars family... the Naberrie family... Star Destroyer Imperial Officers... 2-IB and FX6 medical droids... Separatist leaders... Sio Bibble... Nemoidian pilot... Senate Palpatine... Pollis Massan medic w/ surgical hood... surgery droids...
I think there's still a lot of stuff that could be made. And we haven't even started talking about vehicles...
