Has it been announced that there is a standard (non-carbonized) version of this figure that will be out in a future wave at all retailers?  Or is this the only version of this figure we're getting?

Kind of surprised that this has a November delivery date, while the other carbonized figures are available today.  But taking care of this online this morning is preferable to running around all over the place trying to track down exclusives!

Grabbed this guy today on the way home from work. Seems like only the Walmart’s that showed 24 6” figures in stock got these. The ones showing only 8 figures had nada. I think that must tie into the promotional display versus sticking stuff on an aisle.

I spotted two of these in two different small town Walmarts over the weekend, but wounded up passing. Both boxes were crushed, which can't have been a coincidence, so I'm wondering if these are shipping out damaged.
