Sorry to say but it's 4 hrs & 39 minutes of a video loop.

Nope - there's a 4-hour loop, and there's a live feed.  Says "live" on it.  The loop has a time bar at the bottom...

Most of the YouTube videos are saying live but it is a prerecorded loop aka rerun/replay.
