The odd part is that the BoBF playset comes with a dais.

But the annoying part for completionists is that while they are the same sculpt the paints app’s definitely seem to be different (Jabba’s is lighter)  and they come with different pillows and blankets

Hey, it's not Hasbro's fault that Bib Fatuna is a fan of HGTV and decided to do a little redecorating once he took over - a new coat of paint, some new throw pillows and blankets!  Give the place a whole new feel!

Pics of the carded Bib Fortuna are showing up.  Looks pretty cool.

I find it really funny that Hasbro has the "Boba Fett Throne Room" from TBOBF at SDCC all decked out with the new TVC Jabba and the ROTJ Era Jabba Palace figures, but then has TBOBF Bib Fatuna pack-in set up on the other dais over in the corner like an afterthought. 

Like, couldn't you have posed a TBOBF Fett and Fennic on the dais with a slumped over Bib on the floor or something creative?  Or does that draw too much attention to the fact that 18+ months after announcing this thing they have very little from TBOBF Boba Fett Throne Room scenes to go with it?

I'd hope so, especially since he has so much new tooling. We know Hasbro will want to double-dip if possible.

Plus, according to YakFace it looks like they "accidentally" misnumbered BibFatuna as VC276, the same number already used for ARC Commander Colt. I'm sure some carded collectors will be very annoyed with that and want an update.

Another clip from Vic's interview with Hasbro -- Sounds like Bib will only be available in this set carded. While it is possible we could see him repacked or loose in another set, it doesn't sound too likely. They made it sound like he will go the Antoc Merrick route. (At least for a few years until they change their mind.)

Sounds like this is now shipping in UK from Hasbro Pulse UK.  Here's a nice in-hand review video.

As expected, this set is prepping to ship around the 9/15 target date that Hasbro announced a while back.

That's really bad timing with the Ghost thing.

I just dropped $1,060 on two of those that I get in a year, and now $488 for two of these... I'd planned on putting one with ROTJ and one with BOBF, but I might leave one sealed and consider selling it later.

I received notice of the Throne Room shipping soon, too!

I still don't understand why this didn't pre-charge. It seems a lot riskier of a sale and a lot lower of demand than the Ghost was.

In a way I am glad to have that charge finally landing and no longer hanging over my head. Oh, and excited about the playset too.

I wonder what the Bib Fortuna's will sell for... if I wanted to do two, I could also sell just the second Bib.
