I remember avoiding that Mace Windu in those AOTC era 4-packs at Kay-Bees. In some packs there'd be like 2 decent figures, maybe one marginal one and always a stinker like Windu.

The one positive thing about that figure was someone at rebelscum posted a dio story that was a parody of Airplane!, using Windu as Kareem Abdul Jabar's character...and they used that Windu in one photo screaming at some kid.

Totally forgot about that saber launching R2. May just make my list.

Cruise missile trooper was the first POTF2 vehicle I didn't buy. I still consider it a vehicle. There's not enough of a figure there to count as such IMHO.

6. Some might disagree with this one, but I found the design of the droid lacking. And that they made it so soon over characters fans wanted more. I'm alll for background players, too, but to make the dumpy special ed. droid carring some pipes before CZ-4 (many years before, it turns out)?

That was more "hated" than worst choice. Maybe...maybe they could redo the droid, and make it good. Still, would not be high on my remake list, either.

7. Three way tie. Why give spirits articulation? I mean, no one is gonna play with a force ghost, right?

In fact, why even buy them? I didn't. I thought the mail-in Obi-Wan blew, and hearing the cinema scene trio weren't poseable, I passed on that pack. They look more like ice sculptures than ghosts, too.

I was wrong, all Star Wars figure are $6.50 at Meijers, including Vintage.

So far the one I hit didn't have anything I needed. They had two Rebel Commandos, lots of clones, sandtroopers and Anakins.

My guess on the bad Bespin Guard from the carbonite playset is that they had the set and the figure ready to go prior (maybe years?) before making the 2001 Guard, but since playsets died at retail years before, they held off releasing it.

There were two Fode and Beeds, first was inaccurate and packed with that sex toy episode 1 Jabba (does Jabba count as figure or creature accessory?).

I don't own a single hologram figure. Never seemed to be worth the money.

Some I own

1. Peasant Disguise Anakin from 2002, were that many people really nostalgic for 1970's extending lightsabers? Also, the pose, like he's missing a horse accessory. Mine is used, I didn't even get the good crate accessory!

2. Force flipping Obi-Wan Kenobi, midget with magnets on his feet that looks less like Ewan McGregor and more like Bill Maher.

3. Whacky spin attack  ROTS Yoda (Might give it a pass but for those feet!)

4. One that I don't own (thankfully):

They even reissued that monstrosity!

5. They wasted new tooling making Han Solo with an  orange harness. So he could have an absurdly 1990's big gunned jet pack.

An early disappointment in  POTF2...he may not be the worst, but was disappointing enough to at least make dishonorable mention:

I'lll never undertand the useless right hand. It's not open, it's not a fist...it doesn't match up with any  movie scene.

People have pointed out that the cockpit does hold two figures, the Hasbro people just had the pilot in wrong.

I am not disappointed at all by less animated CW stuff, in fact I welcome it. It means more realistic!

ures. The possible slowdown can also be part of the larger conversion plan to go all realistic with CW long term. Some may see this as a stretch but look at the Joe Renegades figures, they are made to be realistic but the design is based on the animated show. When Hasbro gets on a product idea/theme they usually carry it across several lines. (GH, RP, Scales)

It's a stretch.  :) Renegades figures is a safer bet than making them animated. All cable/dish packages probably carry Cartoon Network. Do they carry The Hub? Does anyone watch the Hub? Remember those animated Wolverine and the X-Men figures that died at retail, the Marshalls in my area has them for $1.00 each and they still sit there.  Also, GI JOE collectors vs. Star Wars collectors = a pond vs. a sea. If GI JOE had a huge market, they'd be making Renegades  figure in animated style. GI JOE is a second tier line at this point.

For those with Meijer stores in their area, this week Star Wars figures are $6.50...ad showns Clone Wars Grievous. I haven't been to the store yet to see what's what. I suspect vintage probably isn't included.

The Force Unleashed 2 will probably fill up some slots. I had forgotten they'd said those were coming in 2012.

I mean, who besides us wants Satipo?

Customizers.

A lot of Indy product was bought by people for that reason. Not enough, obviously.

The series seems incomplete without a non-ceremonial Belloq and Donovan.

I thought they hinted months ago in a q&a repsonse that there wouldn't be  a whole lot of new Clone Wars offerings in 2011.

Figures, I recently got the dark-skinned Rebel Endor Soldier from Saga. Hopefully it's not the same head.

Remember when they started, there were a few 2 packs of clones? Why'd they stop that?

Next you'll be complaining the big wheel in the mini wheel bike doesn't turn.  ;)

It's hard to accept the small Republic Shuttle fighter as a space item...maybe an air speeder. Like the ISP thing from Kenner's Mini-rig...couldn't really picture it participating in the Death Star Battle. Nope. But the INT one that fit in the AT-AT, I could buy that. (I wish they'd done an update on that over the speeder bike with last year's AT-AT...dropping a speeder bike from a hundred feet in the air?)

Too bad an escape pod, even a small one, isn't "action oriented" enough for them to make.
