Hi all,My name is Ricardo and I have been into Star Wars since I opened my first Return of the Jedi book back in the 5th grade. I have been collecting since '96 and now mostly focus on newer stuff POTJ and above. I especially love anything to do with Jedi/Sith,and the whole Star Wars universe in general. I learned about this site by clicking on another members link in his sig over on RebelScum,which I am also a newbie there. I look forward to being part of this great site and hopefully trading/selling with my fellow Star Wars geeks. ;D MTFBWY

Welcome, I am glad I could help you out on my extra clone troopers at regular retail price.
As I mentioned earlier, this is a nice site with some good collecting folks. Some are known to wear sweaters in Cali though ;D.

He helped bring forth my vision: "And as my first act with this new authority,I will create a Grand Army for the Republic." :P :)

You'll find a lot of "old timers" from Scum have moved from that site into other sites like here and elsewhere. So most of us have a pretty solid comradery going among ourselves. We're always welcoming new folks in too though because I for one love the additional input in conversations.
Glad you came over after checking the site out... I think you may find a new home around these parts.

I think so too. Scum is cool,but JD from the short time I have been here feels alot more user friendly. The members here definately seem to look out for one another. :)

As for us being a "tight bunch" here at JD - yeah, I'd say that's pretty darned accurate, and kind of our mantra here... That's how we got our nickname of "the Cheers of the collecting community"! 8)

WOW! now that's a Grand Army of the Republic! :o I can only dream of having a fighting force that big,mine is more like a platoon+2 Gunships.LOL I don't think there is enough money in my defense bugdet to fund such an Army. ;D
