Yes, it looks like we have yet another exclusive 6" figure - 6" Imperial Shock Trooper.
Starwars-figuren (http://forum.starwars-figuren.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1138) has the details on what looks like an OT Stormtrooper with Shocktrooper deco (won't copy the pic here since they get pretty angry about that sort of thing :-X).

I like this one. Any idea if it is going to be made available in the states? Seems like a good fit for Target stores. Anyone interested in a group order? I'm guessing that would be cheaper than ordering individual figures from overseas.

I have a good feeling about this one, unlike Kmart Kylo and Walgreens Wrath'o'Vader, which I am unlikely to ever see in an actual store here. >:(

Difficult to see the release date is. Trying to confirm with WM PR as they seemed to have confused a few (several) things when they sent out the release (which I edited for clarity). I inquired about the Shock Trooper to confirm availability and they said it was available right now and sent me this link (http://www.walmart.com/ip/47458532). I am not optimistic for them being in-store for the event, but maybe a preorder will launch.

As suspected, I was able to confirm that the 6" BF Shock Trooper will NOT be available this weekend.

I made a trip to one local WM store today. No sign of the exclusive Resistance X-Wing at the store I visited. One thing to watch? The big Millennium Falcon promotional display that's hanging in the electronics department. Which gets me thinking, if the 6" Imperial Shocktrooper is a promotional tie-in with the release of Battlefront, then you might want to check near the video games in WalMart stores.

Its Wal-Mart.
That means you've got to check throughout the store. Its likely on a back end cap by automotive. Or maybe a pallet drop near diapers. Or maybe even by the oranges in produce. ::)

Gotta hate Walmart... pretty much all the time. This is the chain where you're most likely to encounter an employee who simply doesn't want to help you, and will say things like "I don't think we're carrying Star Wars anymore". So naturally, the chain that's got the most Hasbro Star Wars exclusives is Walmart. Ugh.

Boom! I used Brickpicker to find the closet Wally that had these in stock and headed straight over. Grabbed a fresh case right off the pallet - love that!
I just got the one but am thinking two is probably better for flanking Vader or what have you.
I can only pray the Walgreens exclusive will be this easy to snag.

I ran into a Hasbro rep at a local Walmart store who is also a collector. In all my years of collecting and running into reps, this was the first one I met who also collected. He actually filled me in regarding a few things. Like? Only 2 Walmart stores in my county out of about 6 or 7 stores actually got the WM exclusive Battlefront Imperial Shocktrooper. And both stores only received 1 case each, which sold out extremely fast. The rep was actually assigned with putting these out, but the deliveries didn't match up with his schedule, so he missed his opportunity to get one in store. And when they did get stocked, they sold out almost immediately. He actually had to trade with someone on the west coast to get his own Battlefront Shocktrooper.
He also mentioned the 3.75" Black Series. The new assortment seems to be filtering out slowly, but should be out for Black Friday.

I saw a couple of stores finally restocked these last night so I dared the 10:30pm trip to Walmart and was rewarded by finding a full case still on the pallet. ;D
Finally, officially caught up with everything for 2015 toys. Now to start shopping for everyone else... :P

No sign at all in SoCal. They showed up the other day on line for about three minutes before selling out. Had one in my cart, but couldn't complete the purchase because they went so fast.

Found a case at WM last night. I have extras if anyone needs them for cost plus shipping.

Went up on WM.com again. Managed to score one before they sold out in no time flat.

Saw 4 of these on the pegs over the weekend and ended up grabbing one.

Stopped into a Wal Mart on a whim this afternoon and they had 2-3 of the Shock trooper figure plus the new wave of TFA 6" figures. Got the Shock trooper and some of the others. Was sort of tickled to find an exclusive figure as it usually doesn't happen to me that often ;)

Saw these for the first time this past weekend. Didn't see many though, like 2 perhaps in pile on the lower shelf.
