Anyone know if Grogu and Mando are different from previous releases?

Weird how some are available and shipping now, some after Christmas, some unavailable.

I ordered a Grogu, I’ll compare it before opening it and will report back for anyone who hasn’t ordered yet.

Got that Grogu today.  The Grogu is identical to the last one.  The frog is the same mold but is a slightly (barely) different shade of green. 

All that's truly new is the backpack.  I kind of hate this, but I'm going to keep it for the backpack and put it on Luke's back when I get that one.

For whatever it's worth, the Mando is identical too.  The only difference is he has a Darksaber instead of that rifle.
