I will be seriously surprised if there is a mid range or large vehicle for clone wars this year. The attack shuttle may have been our last Clone Wars vehicle offering.

I think what killed this, and it is a shame, because I don't think we will ever see the Twilight because of it, is that every vehicle over 50 dollars over the last three years has been over produced and forced retailers to deep clearances to empty out warehouses. I remember when stores would get one or two of a big item and the would sit, sometimes for years until they were picked up. I remember calling several places when I was a kid until I found a Hills department store that had the Rancor. Those sat in some places but when the one it had sold you were forced to travel. This year even the POS Wally world down the street had four gunships.  It seems like simple supply and demand to me. The last two vehicles that were in demand were both exclusive gunships one for walmart and one for toys r us. ever since Hasbro has been way off with numbers. Don't get me wrong I would be first to complain if I wanted a 70 dollar hip and could no find one, but I think I saw over a hundred of these while I looked for the y wing deluxe set and armored savage, neither have I still seen once in the wild.
     In short, I love bing able to pick this up on the cheap but I worry that it means less toys in the future.
      Great buy for the money at 24.97 though.

I picked up three flamethrower clones at the Wal-mart clearance. Could not pass on them with the price.

I also missed out on the Mini y wing. Never even sniffed it.

I am guessing Wal mart is getting ready for the new product. My store moved all of the clone wars and legends to another section and look ready to add product soon.

Looking at this from the "they have done it all" viewpoint I went to Starwars.com and clicked through the Clone Wars Encyclopedia. It is far from complete, but does list 72 characters that have appeared in the show and do not have a figure. I would likely buy all 72 but the characters from their own list that I am most interested in are...

I think all five of these figures had enough screen time and are dynamic enough to sell through. Even non-clone wars collectors would pick up some of these interesting characters.

I thought they had said that the Son was in the parking lot, but they were less than definitive about the Father and Daughter. Even if they brought back the mail in exclusive for clone wars that would make a great set.

I love playing the same teams in the playoffs each year. Most of the best rivalries were forged this way. It should be a blast to get some hate in on Boston, Buffalo, Toronto, and Ottawa. Plus everyone already hates the Habs.

Fans are big winners with every team coming into town every year.

I also like that two teams could play in the semi's one year, an then for the cup the next. With the game times mostly starting in the same time zone, kids will be able to enjoy more games.

My only loss in the changes is Washington only coming to town once. Lightning fans will miss watching Ovie cry.

Ditto.. It was fun to actually see something new on the wal-mart pegs. I have to think these were meant for black Friday, but the cover up stickers probably caused a delay. Happy to have it before the holidays.
