Thanx man! <ihope to update soon with some finished pics of some WIPs I have lying around here

As far as articulation goes, his head is glued on. His arms have balljoints, wrists are glued. Legs are pegs and feet are glued on as well.

I'm glad you guys like him!

Good luck with yours IncomT65

I've been very busy lately (mostly building props for me and some fellow costumers from my local SW fanclub) but I finally found the time to finish another one of my custom projects. So here he is, Jedi master Roron Corobb, wat do you guys think of him?:

A guy at our fanclub made a Venator Class docking bay and he used LEDs.

Unfortunatly, the only pic I can provide is this one:

Customizing Tips and Tricks / Re: How to cast my Kybuck Steed...
« on: August 21, 2006, 02:34 AM »
I read Glassman6's tutorial, but when he makes 2 part molds, he takes the base fig a part and casts every part individually. I can't do that here... Would it work with a 2 part mold?

Customizing Tips and Tricks / How to cast my Kybuck Steed...
« on: August 20, 2006, 02:07 PM »
Hi guys,

I've been experimenting with sillicone casting (Smooth On products) these past few months and start getting the hang of it. But now, I have a problem and need some advice fro more experienced people.

This is my Kybuck steed as some of you might know:

Over the past few years, some people have asked me to build them one as a commission. And now, I have the casting materials so I thought, I can give it a shot. But I don't know which way will be best to cast it.
The Steed has NO articulation and is built in one piece. You could call it a "statue".

What would be the best way to make a sillicone mold and plastic cast of this one?

Any suggestions?

I like the wookiee's parts a lot, but I'm missing a bit more paint and wheathering on him. He should look more fierce, maybe a darker color on the blade, some blood spots maybe...

Very clean jobs on those last 2 mate! I love the giant whipid dark lord. The sormie arc is cool too. I like the color scheme on that body

Hey dude, very good parts choice! About the head, you're doing great. You just have to try and sculpt some hair on the Duke's head ;) Good luck with that!
