I purchased (and received) 4 cases of the RO Stormtrooper. That case seems to be doing very well. At one point, Hasbro was doing solid cases of figures in general, given all those Ollies finds of solid cases of Jyn Urso and Cassian.

I'm wondering, and going to guess in the affirmative, that troop builders like the Hover Tank Pilot and Tank Commander would also do well in solid case form, so I would hope that Hasbro would put 2+2 together.

And I'm not just saying that because I want more Tank Pilots.




Well, yeah. I guess I kinda am. 

I was horrified to see the that my Rouge One Stormtrooper, VC 140 is yellowing already!!!

What gives? I thought that Hasbro would have figured out the chemistry already. Seriously. I've just spent 2 months Hydrogen Peroxiding my 300 stormtroopers that have yellowed and I have 4 cases of VC140 on order. This is quite disheartening as I intend to display my army ultimately.

Here are a few observations:

Note that all figure are stored in a specially made cardboard boxes. They rarely get exposed to sunlight.

Bikerscouts;

- all VOTC figures yellowed. After hydrogen peroxiding, some whiten well, others get close, but all start yellowing within two weeks without exposure to sunlight.
- Movie heroes/3.75 inch black series, none have yellowed that I have noticed.

Stormtroopers;

- all VOTC stormtroopers (I have 72) have yellowed to some degree. Hydrogen peroxiding seems to be holding.
- most VOTC based variants have begun to yellow to some degree. Again, hydrogen peroxiding seems to be holding.
- Tantive IV/Evo sculpts have slightly yellowed, not nearly to the degree of most VOTC based figures. Hydrogen Peroxiding works well, have yet to observe yellowing coming back.
- all 3.75 inch black series with ball jointed hips/VC41 types, I have yet to notice any yellowing.

Given that the latter releases of Bikerscouts and the Black series/Vintage 1.0 stormtroopers don't seem to have the yellow plague, I expected that the plastic used in VC140 would have been chemically engineered to eliminate the yellow plague problem. Evidently this is not the case.

This must be fixed.

Is there any form member living in the UK that can give me a hand trying to track a package lost in transit to Herfordshire? It arrived at Heathrow, lost from there. Mainly calling the Royal Mail service or Customs service to ask point questions would be needed if there is absolutely no cost other than time.

Anyway, I'm going to be organizing and purging my prequel collection. I mention this because between the two forums, someone replied, or sent me a note to let me know if I was serious to discuss taking it off me hands. It was a year or so ago and have no recollection of who it was, so I'm putting out the notice again, and this time I'm serious.

I have more or less everything with modest clone and federation armies. It'll take a week or few to figure everything out, so stay tuned.

If anyone is so inclined to help me out with picking up an additional AOTC clone trooper and At-Rt driver from five below and ship 'em loose, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
