Shipping Experiences?

That's actually not too bad for EE.  Still more than Hasbro Pulse and Amazon.

I'm surprised that EE doesn't have some kind of Premium/Prime collector type membership to get free shipping since most of their competitors (Target, Walmart, Amazon, Pulse) all have something like that these days.

For a long time EE has held onto the "we have to charge more for shipping because of the mint product guarantee" but I guess they are finally having to relent a little bit on that to compete.

They're definitely trying to compete with the other online retailers, BBTS might still have the edge on them because of shipping and the mint guarantee.

I used to buy a lot from EE, but it seems like lately all my preorders are backordered (some more than 1.5 years) that I'm thinking they're not as reliable in getting stuff in.  One of those was the recent ANH Leia, which I ordered through them since I was out of town.  Kind of odd that she is backordered (still according to my account) since she is new and also since they are taking more preorders for her as of yesterday. *shrugs*
