I believe that the pointed shoulders are necessary for a figure to be an accurate representation of the character, as they appear in several sources(SW insider and Clone Wars cartoons and comics). I believe that only the shoulders, head, and maybe the chest area would have to be changed on the VTAC IG-88 to make a perfect IG Lancer Droid. Did Hasbro make IG-88 the way they did intentionally? Hopefully we find out at Comic Con.

The only changes needed that I can think of, aside from those already mentioned, would be new upper arms with pointed shoulders and a new head. I would like to see two of these figures in a Treachery on Saleucami style Battle Pack, with two droids and two swoop bikes. Maybe Hasbro could make a BP wave based around this scene, with another set containing two Clone Troopers and two swoop/speeder bikes and a third set with Durge(Clone Wars Deluxe repaint), Obi Wan in Clone armor, and two swoop/speeder bikes.

I am really glad these guys are out again, and with better and whiter plastic. That said, I have three so far and I am aiming for a total of thirty by the end of the year.

I'm up to six now, and I think I'm going to stop now.

Could the blue paint be residue from the cape? That's what mine looks like.

That's what I am thinking, Darth Anton. The area on my two Biggs figures that have the problem are places that the cape covers. I would agree with jedijaybird, but I doubt that blue paint from the shirt would get on my figure's back side and not his front side.

I hate to derail your wonderful Moisture Vaporator conversation, but I have a question for those of you who have opened your Biggs Darklighter figure(s): have any of you had paint issues on Biggs' jacket and sleeves? Both of my Biggs figures had a noticeable shade of blue on the back of the jacket and the arms. I'm thinking that someone at the Hasbro factory dyed the cape for the figure and packaged it before it was dry, but I picked these two figures up at different stores and they both have the problem. So, if you have this problem and/or know how to fix the problem, please let me know. I'll also try to provide pictures of this later.

Dedicated Star Wars rooms?!? Dedicated Star Wars basements?!? You guys are very lucky. My Star Wars collection currently resides in my bedroom. Unfortunatly, it has become more of a situation where I happen to sleep in my Star Wars room (If I can find space, that is)

The Prequel Trilogy / Re: Clone Wars Information Needed?

Well, the concept Faie design was used in a single comic, but not for very long and he isn't named as Faie. He appears in the issue of Republic set during the Seige of Saleucami, and can be found in one panel of the Republic command center in the issue in which Oppo Rancisis is killed. The comic is Republic Issue #75. Hope this helps.

Hey Mr. Corobb! I may be able to answer a few of those questions.

1. Here's a link to Faie without armor. I believe that these are his troopers.
2. I'm going to say that Deviss had troopers that did not look like 327th soldiers at the Battle of Orto since Deviss was seperate from Bly's unit at that time.
3. The 182nd, as Angry Ewok said, is only mentioned by name and is never seen in any sources.
4. So far, I do not believe anything has been reveled about Plo Koons clone trooper unit(s). I like to think that he commanded the 442nd Siege Battalion. As for Captain Jag, he was in charge of the 127th Gunship Wing.

I hope all of this info helps you out!

I really enjoy reading Photo Novels, but I rarely give the writer feedback. My main reason is that I don't have the time.
My second reason is that most of the time I read the PN, enjoy it, but do not want to leave a one or two word post saying "Good job!" or "Fantastic!".
Lastly, I do not really like critiquing something that I know nothing about making. To me, critiquing a PN would be like critiquing a novel or comic book. I can't draw or write well, and if I'd begin critiquing a PN I'd feel bad, as I've never put any time or work into making one myself.
So, for all you PN writers/photographers on the boards, just know that I am reading and enjoying most, if not all, of the photo novels posted. Keep up the good work, and I apologize for the lack of feedback on my part.
