Just wanted a post to let you guys know about the sale...
$3.88 basic figures

& 15% off all SW toys...
Not bad if your Target's like mine... One near me just got Bespin Wave in, and others have OTC figures out the whazzoo including some army builders like the TIE Pilot or figs like the Jawas and such.
My Target's have also gotten the ROTJ VOTC waves in, so hopefully they'll get more in... VOTC for 15% off just makes those figures that much MORE perfect.

Yeah, I am hoping I will:
A) Have time to get out to Target this week.
B) Actually find something I want.

A strong key to all of this is going to be whether or not they have anything of value, indeed. I have recently found some good stuff at stores, but other Targets in my area are not sporting lots of great stuff.
If I found some TIE Pilots, or even old Saga army builders I'd dig that... If I found some decent VOTC sales I'd be happy too... Namely ESB figures or the Stormtrooper who I'm in the market for 4 more right now. :P
Some Target stores here have gotten the ROTJ wave in though so I'm hopeful... I'd be ecstatic if I got 3PO and R2 for less than full retail, just so I didn't feel so ripped off by getting them for a complete set.

I'm willing to bet my local one won't have jack ****.
But I'm headed to St. Louis Tuesday and Wednesday, so I might actually find new product. I'm looking for a lot of stuff, so I'm hoping to find some of it.

Too bad the Targets around me only have old Saga and VOTC Han's.

I was fortunate to get the Bespin wave at my Target this morning. It helped I was the 1st customer in the store. They only had 1 CC Pilot and 1 Leia Bespin left. Had several Lobots.

Well, if I was at all interested in the new Unleashed wave, I'd have been alright, but, eh.

Took in my receipts - got back about $20. Not bad! I even picked up some OTC I hadn't planned on getting. Which is good and bad.

Not much found at the one Target I hit yesterday... I didn't expect much though because it comes and goes. Bespin Wave just showed at Target though so I got a customizing Lobot and a messed up "Dutch" figure for cheaper.
The VOTC were picked clean when I got there... No CCP's though they'd been there. I'd have bought 2 had I had the chance... I'd have bought any VOTC from ESB or ROTJ I saw I think had I seen anything...
I do have my receipt from my last purchases at Target stores though so I'm gonna get some price matching refunds tomorrow after classes. May take an ad and run on a quick toy run too on my way home.

I went to Target today on my lunch break to see what I could find OTC-wise, and ran into a bunch of VOTCs again. I bit the bullet and finally bought Boba Fett. At $8 and change I figured I could get past my issues with him.
Thanks for mentioning the price-matching, too! I'll take my receipts from last week's ROTJ VOTCs and get a little cash back.

I found jack **** at 3 different Targets on sunday, but surprisingly I found the entire ROTJ Wave of VOTC along with the VOTC Lando at a Toys R Us that normally never has new figures. I even got them to price match the Target ad, was pretty sweet. Definitely, bringing back old receipts to Target to get me some money back, hope it works.

Stopped by Target today to get Aladdin, Shawshank and hairclippers and as always, stroll down the toy aisle. To my suprise, the actually had figures I needed - Han ATST pilot, Madine, General Lando and the repainted Tusken, Gamorrean Guard and Scanning trooper.

Nothing at mine either, just a wall of Saga Anakin Secret Ceremony. I even made them check stock, and they currently have 0 VOTC at the store. Sucky, to say the least.

I checked out both of our Target stores yesterday, and although I was very happy to pick up the Slave 1 (using the DCPI# at customer service), there really wasn't anything else to speak of for their "big sale" this week. Neither store had any VOTC, with the lone exception of 1 Han between the two stores, and none in the stockroom either according to the scanner/price checker. The OTC figures were actually few and far between as well, consisting of a smattering of Spirit Obis, Cantina Hans, Dagobah R2s, and maybe a couple X-Wing Lukes.
As far as ships...one Target was actually sold out of the X-Wing, and offering a substitution of a sale priced Batmobile instead (or rain check). Otherwise, there were 2-3 Falcons and TIEs there. The other Target had only 1 Falcon left, and 1-2 each of the X-Wing/TIE. Very little Star Wars product on the shelves/pegs overall at Target, with the exception of lightsabers, which there was plenty of. Also a pretty good supply of Unleashed Tusken and Bossk. It would have been nice if they had stocked things up a little better for this sale, but oh well. Seems like they are intentionally holding those Slave 1s in back too, until the sale is over. But, I can't complain, the customer service rep was very nice and more than willing to go get one from the stockroom for me.

I went to a Target late last night... Nothing. :(
OTC Pegwarmers galore, like the R2-D2 repack, some Dagobah wave, XW Luke, etc., etc... The VOTC they had was merely a couple ANH figures. 3 tops...
Nothing... I'm dejected because I'm in big need of some stuff but not finding things... 3 VOTC elude me still, and the OTC has some figs I need too (Endor wave, especially Madine, Gam Guard, Tusken...), so I'm hoping these will just ship some more in the near future.
