Big improvement on the box.

The Evolutions sets were all kind of "just shy" of perfection as we'll see with the others.  A little disappointing but not near anything worth bashing them over for certain. 

Isn't that weird? I completely agree. I wonder if the designers agree as well.

Yeah Aaron, 9 times out of 10, people are just busting one anothers chops around here with zero callousness intended. Much, much different from scum.

I actually have to give this figure a thumbs down. While I agree that all the pro's for this figure make it the best gaurd available to date, I think the cut of the soft goods and the lack of a pike make this far from the ultimate version. The soft goods on the package looks perfect. If we had gotten that, I could over look the absence of the pike, but the way I see it, were can still use a better version.

Just picked up The Muppet Movie and Emmit Otter's jug band Christmas for the kids for Christmas.

My family and I watched it last night. My kids loved it, and I, having worked in animation find it fascinating in addition to entertaining. Think about it, the dialogue is pretty advanced for kids.

I just get a kick out of the fact that it was made for $150,000 and today, a 30 second add costs $200,000. That's more than a 30 second add for ABC's top rated one hour drama's.

They hit PR WM and were found only on the display. I applaud Wal Mart for not breaking them early, but I guess it's possible that they were packed with the display which had DVD release instructions.
