The only Sci-Fi in the Bond movies besides the Bond gadets that I can remember is:

You Only Live Twice, SPECTRE hijacks American and Soviet spaceships.

Diamonds are Forever, Moonbuggy & Diamond Laser Satellite.

Moonraker, Space Shuttle & done rather well before the real shuttle went up, Space Station & MMU (Manned Maneuvering Unit) jetpacks.

GoldenEye, Satellite detonates a nuclear explosion in the earths atmosphere.

Tomorrow Never Dies, Tracking satellite (GPS) & News broadcast on a worldwide satellite system.

Die Another Day, Satellite that can reflect the sun's light onto areas of the Earth's surface.

I think there more of a Sci-Fi Fantasy/Action Adventure flicks to me.
