I haven't  bought 12 inch figures in a long time, but I will now that Sideshow is doing them.  I'm hoping they're in the 40.00 range  like other Sideshow stuff.  The cool thing is that Sideshow is very creative with accesories.  Their Planet of the Apes  figures come with the little human doll from the dig!

Actually, what bothers me most is that straps on Gree's chest are just painted lines. I mean, c'mon.  How lame is that?  In all, these look kinda OK, but it still is the lowest, and I mean lowest, Hasbro has stooped in a loooong time.

On the other hand, Sideshow is going to make 12 inch figs!!!

Wow...this list is soooo depressing.  There's not one new figure in the bunch.  I really think that my days of being a completist are coming to an end.

Please, if someone is at the Hasbro Q & A, please tell them that they are losing long time customers by cutting corners so shamelessly.

Maybe I should start spending my money on customs!  That Veers is super-super cool!

The Hasbro sets are crummy.  But I think that the first three will sell well to parents and kids.

"... it will depict how Luke grows up."

You know, this could mean that the show depicts the galaxy during the time when Luke is growing up.  The Jedi are traitors, they have to hide.  The force becomes something people don't talk about. The Empire is growing..

This could work.  I don't want to see young Luke have any adventures, because it will weaken his story,

I was bumping this thread up so that we can start putting together questions to be asked next week.

Will the Deluxe waves 2 and 3 ship again, or continue to ship?

How can we convince our local retailers to stay current with figures during non-movie years?

What ever happened to the pluch lightsabers?  My 9 month old wants one!

While I'm not into the Unleashed, it's good to see that Hasbro is showing new product before ComiCon.  Hopefully we'll see new 3 3/4 guys.

I thoght that WotW was one of the creepiest films I've ever seen.  I was really showcked at how violent and brutal it was.

As far as the sappy ending, I'm glad the Speilberg sticks to his guns. It seems that people these days want down endings, but he doesn't care, and does it his way.

I saw the Kong trailer on TV as well, and wasn't too impressed with the images.  But I saw it again with War of the Worlds on a big screen, and the CGI looked great.  The NYC shots were amazing.

Way back in the early 80s my buddy and I were going to walk out of Time Rider (Look it up...) but then the  movie just kind of ended.

Are these gray shoulder pad guys actually in the film?

Hmmm..if this is a Tarhet exclusive, it could get pricey.  Let's see, they charge 12 for one clone, so five clones should be 60.00!

Actually, it looks like the ROTS Anikin is flawed.  Looks like he's got the golden mechanical hand.  Hopefully he comes with the blaclk leatcher glove hand too.

Spuffy, if you missed out on the Screen Scenes, they're still out there!!

Honestly, none of these characters changed, so, for now, I don't need see the need for new versions.  However, A Wat Tambor with a shiney finish like 3PO would be high on my list.

Is there some kind of transcript of the C3 Hasbro panel with Matt's comments?

I think I missed all of this when it happened.
