Since the original post is lacking on details, here you go...
Captain Hevy was on a Rebelscum rumor report (http://www.rebelscum.com/story/front/New_Rumor_List_For_The_Clone_Wars_115871.asp) a while back as a potential exclusive Clone Trooper figure.
Apparently, he is one of the few named troopers in the new series/movie. He was rumored to be a TRU exclusive, but those rumors disappeared when Holo Grievous was confirmed. He's still making the rumor lists, but there are no details on where, when, or if he'll be released.
I think the original post from "nheimbigner" was asking folks to speculate on which clone "Hevy" is and when/where his figure will be released. So, now that you know the topic, let's try to stay on it. Thanks!

Excellent, another Clone Commander. It almost seems that 1 in 10 Clones has a personality and is a Commander.

Well, he doesn't get a mention in the new Clone Wars Visual Guide. I got the book the other day and was reading through a little while ago. No mention of a Captain Hevy.

I think he will be a repainted purple clone and will be a Walgreen's exclusive for $19.99. Lord knows every other retailer already has one of these.

Seems like a new voter wanted to justify the fans choice vote. Even if there was interest in Captain Hevy how many Clone commanders are there in this line now? It's overkill and not exciting at all.

Having just finally got Gree and Thire, I'm pretty happy with all the Clones and Clone variety. I no longer have the urge to army build thanks to the huge amount of variety they're giving us, which was a hard bug to shake, and they're doing some pretty good things with them all.
...but no need to put Clones into Fan's Choice, that's one of few things I think we can probably take for granted that Hasbro will indeed do, given the amount of new ones in most waves and in the exclusive gift packs.
If they're going to put out more Clones anyway-- and they are-- I hope they stick with this episode until it's done. Hevy, Cutup, whatever-- it'd be nice to see them actually go on to make all the toys from a single episode, particularly this one. (I wouldn't say the same for, say, the Lurmen installments.)

I did not mean to sound so negative ninny but you better made the point I wanted to. The honeymoon is well over on clones. Hasbo will get to all of them so I could not agree more to wastes FC slots on them. Army building is a hard bug to shake, while I cut back on a lot of "fat" I still find the urge to army build certain vehicles is still strong.
