So Dan, since I haven't heard of anyone getting an "Oscar case" for the Early Bird set before, how do you plan on doing that?  Just encasing the figures in their white plastic tray, I presume?  As for the TRU boxset, it looks to be right around the same size as the Speederbike set, but I agree with Dale - I'd wait to order a case for it 'til someone can officially confirm that first...

That's what I was planning on doing.

I think it will stand upright better in one of Oscars cases.

Curious to know what they look like.

 I've got some from Cloud City & I'm really not to happy with them.  They are really wide like an AFA graded case & I like the tighter fit.

We've definitely got a few of those floating around in here somewhere Dan, but I'm not sure I want to go looking through 5 threads and about 2,500+ Kubrick related posts to find them!   

But I'm sure one of the fellas will chime in with a shot or two of theirs.  I think Dale and Jon both have them, not sure who else though...

You "chase" Fett chasers might want to keep your eyes on this auction.  The ROTJ (red guantlets) Boba Fett version is currently sitting at just $38 with a little over a day to go.  I'm sure it'll get bumped up into the $70+ range by auction's end, but it sure looks pretty good right now...

I do not have any carded figures in Oscars cases yet, only the Speeder Bike set. Well worth it.

Ha.  Yeah, I figured I'd toss a tiny little bid on it, just on the off chance I could land it for super cheap and pass it along to one of you clowns who's still in need of it...     Got mine long ago, for a lot less than that.   

Got outbid, and now that it's gone a bit higher it's no longer worth my generous efforts, hence I pass the auction link on to you guys...
