Picked up The Prestige this weekend, and the Superman Ultimate Collector's Edition finally arrived in the mail tonight. It's great.  :)

I picked up Borat yesterday.

Recently, I also got Shaun of the Dead, and Robin Hood Men in Tights.

Some one also gave me The Pride of Jesse Fallam and Five Minutes to Live -- The Johnny Cash Collection.

Felt kind of strange to be buying a movie about the boy who never grew up at the same time I was buying a pile of Hasbro action figures...  :P

I bought Borat yesterday... I'm concerned that an extended version is on the horizon though.  This one has 30 minutes of deleted stuff, but from what I understand, they have hours and hours of extra material.

I considered this too, but I have a friend who's been saving his money for a wedding, that I can pass off the Bare Bones copy to, if there is an Extended Edition.

One thing i've learned as a DVD collector is that there is ALWAYS an extended edition on the horizon... :P

If there is, it won't be blessed by the filmmakers. They loved the stuff they dropped, but they're smart enought to know that the material destroyed the pace.

Same here (the looking forward part that is...).  I saw it and enjoyed it a whole bunch.


The only other thing I'm picking up this week is Harsh Times, which I didn't see.
