I like clone repaints...I love astro droid repaints...I need this set! Who else likes this? Who hates it?

I'm digging it immensely actually, and how it matched up nice to the ARC 3" Titanium ship. I'll get a set but I really doubt I army build it (if it's abundant). It'll likely be a one-purchase-pony deal for me just for some elite pilots among my grey/black pilot army.

I was so against this but the clones actually turned out pretty neat (love the eyes on the helmets) and I'm a sucker for droids, so... sigh.

I'll pick up a set as well, mainly for the droid - but the clones aren't too bad either.

Yeah, anyone want the clones and NOT the droid? Although I wouldn't mind having to buy the whole set since the Clones are nice.

I need two sets. But not the second droid. So I'm totally open to trading/selling the droid. I'll also have one extra pilot figure to if anyone wants just one.
So that would give me the 3 pilots needed plus 4 grunts and the one astro droid (again with the other droid and 4th Pilot to be traded or sold).

Nicely done, but again, too many EU clone creations. Too bad it works. :-X

I can't stand the clone pilot mold. The swivel cut elbows don't work for me. Literally - the lower arms have a habit of detaching from the upper arm.

These colors don't do much for me, so I'm going to pass on this set. As others have said, I've got way too many non-movie clones as it is...

Non-movie clones can be all right, but this paint scheme just looks like ass. Definite skip.

What the hell's the background there? Very odd...
I still dig it too Robo-Quack. To me it's not outlandish and goes with the fighter it's based on. They ahve the fighter out already, so why not, right? To me it only makes sense because of the ship though... Had they done this without it, I'd be at least curious as to WHY they'd do it...
The astromech even matches the astro on the 3" Titanium ARC Fighter with the teeth/eyes. I think it's kind of neat to tie the two together like that.

Jesse, I assume you mean the background of the box, which looks to be an overturned and blown up AAT.

Yeah, the package's background... That's an AAT overturned and blown up? Hmmm... Little tough to make out for me. Interesting choice I guess.

I think it's the angle of the cardboard tank. I'm pretty sure I saw a picture of the back of the box and the tank was a lot easier to make out.

The picture in the box looks like a crashed Gunship to me.

News flash on the Astromech in the ARC-170 battle pack. It's name is R2-B2. I can't find the link I found this out on, it was at 1:30am and I was tired and forgot to save the link.

If anyone bought this set or multiples and doesn't want the astro droid, please let me know. I'm only after the droid.

I've seen this in several stores. I think they look good, but they weren't in the movie. For me, that's a problem. I only like stuff that was actually in one of the movies, or in a video game. The comic packs and expanded universe stuff just doesn't do it for me.

Question for others who have bought this set: was there any kind of a packet with the antennae for the 2 Clone Troopers? I wasn't able to find them in my ARC-170 Battle Pack.

I had one sitting on next to my desk waiting to be opened - I just cracked it open and looked all around. No sign of the antennae for the two SA Clones.
My guess is that they were either forgotten or left out on purpose. The photography on the back does not show the clones with antennae, so I'm assuming that it was left out on purpose.
