Some of my Customs for you!
« on: September 16, 2003, 04:28 PM »
To get things started, here are the few customs I have posted on the web.  Some of you have probably seen these if you are from the Rebelscum listserv.  Any and all comments are appreciated!

Thanks, guys!  I made some 30 Jedi for a diorama...but it got destroyed during a recent move...only the Jedi survived!  Plus, I love Jabba's cohorts and have almost enough for a diorama made now...we'll see if I can get that finished!   ;D

Gotta agree with Johnny - that swoop bike is awesome!  Unfortunately, your second link is currently down Chris, so I'll have to check back in later to see your Jedi.

That Weequay Jason referred to is just about perfect!  Is it a little more reddish than the actual movie still pictured next to it though, or is that just the lighting?  Looks a little lighter (more beige/tan) in the actual movie photo.  Still excellent though!

Nice Jabba's thug figures too.  Cool idea with the "Termintor Trooper" as well...   8)

Yeah...Stupid AOL is always down!  Sorry about that second link.  Try back sometime.  Thanks for the comments guys.  That swoop is my fav.  It is one of my oldest customs.  FFURG wanted a recipe, but it is so convoluted that I couldn't write it!

It is the lighting in the Weequay pic...that is an old pic with too much incandescent light.  Recently, I started using the new GE Reveal bulbs that filter yellow/red light out.  The color is just about dead on to the movie in the actual custom...maybe the skin tone is a bit darker...

Those customs are outstanding. The way you captured actual expression on certain Jedi are bloody amazing. Your speeder bikes are awsome too.

I like your style. Keep up the fantastic work!

I like your work. The Jedi look great. Are the Head tails of your Twi'lek flexible? Were did you get the hand used on the African Jedi? What arms were used on your Hi-Ya female Jedi. I would like to know about your 3PO droid (fan fic one) parts used. Mainly the unit on his chest is or where you go it? Great stuff. Thanks

I'm a tad late, but... Very sweet stuff. I've looked through your FFURG stuff before, but hadn't seen the Jedi. Very sweet.

You should do a SGT Doallyn... Not many customs of him are too good, but I think you could pull it off.  :-\
