I put this up over at RS and thought I'd show it here too. I wanted to make the old cinema scene Takeel sitting for my cantina diorama, so I cut his legs and inserted a bent metal rod, then sculpted into the spaces. Repainted everything with a drybrushing and he's ready to have a drink!

And the original figure:

Very very cool! is the more recent snaggle tooth figure the same charachter? your Takeel is definatly movie accurate

Looks great. The legs are seamless.

Thanks, gents! Patreek, the most recent Snaggle (the carded release with the stripes, right? Not the blue-suited cantina pack version which I believe was just a nod to the vintage-styled version) was a character from the Holiday Special cantina scene, I think. This Takeel here was the one in the foreground when Luke and the droids enter and again when the Sandtroopers are checking out Han's booth.

I think you are right . can anybody confirm??

Ya he's in there all right, he kinda eyeballs the stormies as they're checking out Han & Chewie. He's sitting to the left.
