Yeah, it is frustrating.  Hasbro cannot control petroleum or plastic prices, but they can make good decisions on figure choice, case breakdown, and distribution to some extent.  You'd think all the years of being in the business that they'd learn and things would be the best they've ever been instead of perhaps the worst.

I always and just ordered a lot from there but man you are better off buying the case and returning the extras in place of army builders to brick and motor stores than buying singles.

How would that work, the UPC's aren't the same?

I've only done it at Target, where each line has a generic DCPI so it's easy to get away with.

Yeah, Target's DPCI system lumps everything Legends under one number, everything Vintage a number, CW, etc., etc.

Pretty much every other retailer uses a different system that has every individual SKU in their system, but it's how WM for instance runs into issues where an individual figure (or more) from a wave can't be sold because their SKU's aren't in the system while others are...  Lumping it all together is beneficial, but at the same time you can also manipulate it by returning stuff you don't want on the same receipt which can screw with stock/inventory issues obviously.

Correct! I buy a lot of figures at Target. I sell most of the figures in forums but the return method makes it quick and painless to get rid of the repacks.

Finally got me RTF's! What awesome figures. Yeah, the lack of a holster is a real drag, but well done otherwise.

No caps, BTW. Let's see if he proposes the same remedy to me.

I took a look at some of the up-close carded shots JTA has of these... dang. This has got to be one of the best waves of TVC. I'm wondering if they'll ever hit my area, though.

He also has the Blu Ray DVD set Battle Droid and ANH Luke, which are probably the only pieces a lot of us want out of those sets.
