Checking the Calgary game results I see that my basketball pool luck is filtering over - Hamrlik went down after playing 58 secs.

Congratulations to Jeff, who not only caught up to my team, but is about to jump way out in front once the Shutout points for Fernandez show up.

My guys have absolutely stunk lately and the few guys that have had big nights have all been on the bench for the last two weeks.

Your team slumped and pulled out of it, so I'm still hopeful that they can put it together.

The shutouts are what's doing it for you - that's your fourth one!

I've only got one to this day - including when Grahame gave up his only goal with about a minute to go in the game last week...  Somehow I managed to go from a 15 point lead to an 11 point deficit in a little over a week.  That's a huge swing.

My team is getting hit hard by injuries right now.

I've had two goalies blow shut-outs late in the third period and have left three, 3 point scorers on the bench this week...

Yeah, right after I finally erase a 23 point deficit and re-take the number 1 spot, Jeff's team blows up again and he re-opens a lead.

My team just can't put it together consistently.  Goaltending and injuries are holding me back big time.

I lost Alfredsson today for at least a week...

Damn you Jeff, every time I catch up to you my team stumbles and your's jumps right back out infront.
