Can anyone who's bought the Season 3 DVD confirm if the scene is included where Asajj kisses Colt after she runs him through?

For anyone who has no kriffin' idea of what that is, it's right here:

We posted a rumor report describing the figure to you recently on our front page since we couldn't share more, and it's a good figure overall.  It's the Jar Jar everyone wants, who want a definitive one at least.

But is this really supposed to be THE definitive version of Jar-Jar that we've been wanting? I mean, yeah, the sculpt is good, but he's missing some important articulation (wrists, ankles). And then he's also included in a kid's line. I'm hoping Hasbro brings a totally SA Jar-Jar to TVC.

Found Savage at Target today. And in the very front of the pegs, too, shockingly enough.

At least we get that Aayla again. I also wanna see the Sidious from last year thrown into a future wave at some point, being that he was a hard-to-find.

Lastly, like I said in the NYCC thread, why more Shirtless Opress? Can't the Armored version get a second release?

Agreed. I think it's obvious that if both Shirtless Savage and Armored Savage were hanging on the pegs right next to each other, even the casual buyer would go for Armored Savage.

After seeing some of the other comments, and reviewing the early pics again, I think I am in agreement that the Anakin pictured is all new as well. The facial sculpt looks vastly improved.

It is brand-new. Same with the Obi-Wan that's in the same wave (or is it the following one?). It's kinda a rip-off that Hasbro had us buy the cheap, crummy versions first that came out earlier this year.

That's what generally happens in the TCW line - we always get a cheap, crappy version of a character first (Kit Fisto w/ jetpack, Mace w/ snap-on armor), and then we get a better version a year later (SA Kit w/ 2 lightsabers, SA Mace w/ Jango's helmet).

I'm expecting Hasbro will upgrade the new Ahsoka figure, too.

No removable helmet, but more articulation.

What additional articulation is this Vader supposed to have? From pictures it appears it's a straight repack of the TAC ANH Vader, with a new head sculpt.

Malgus looks... off. The figure sculpt is very animated looking.

That Anakin looks friggin' AWESOME!! But where's Ahsoka?!

So from Wave 1 of this new line Hasbro's repacking the SA Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan.

For TVC 2012 Wave 1 they're repacking the same Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan, plus capes (keep in mind TVC is more expensive than the other basic figure lines).

And for the exclusive Wal-Mart wave, they're repacking the exact same Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan figures, with a pair of 3D glasses for the TPM 3D release.

Does that make any sense?

Dang, that 501st trooper looks pretty spiffy in those Hasbro displays at NY Toy Fair...

I've lost all faith in this series. The blantantly obvious homage to 'The Wizard of Oz' is kinda lame when you get down to the fact that this is Star Wars, and not some other kid's cartoon.

Tartakovsky's 2003 series was TCW at its best. Now we have this new series destroying all that previously-established canon and including lame plot points. I'd say the only thing I'm looking forward to from this series now is the Darth Maul storyline.

Wait, so Hasbro made a sculpt for that Nightsister - Mighella? That's shocking. She's an EU character, and from a comic, too, and Hasbro actually chose her over, say, Mother Talzin? I'm shocked.

Found this - http://www.usatoday.com/life/comics/story/2011-10-11/darth-maul-returns/50736578/1 - on Scum, too... sorry for the untidy appearance of the link, I'm still trying to figure out how to properly post links on these new forums.

AAAH, HE'S BACK!! ;D I know there's that risk that his backstory will be totally effed-up, but I, for one, am totally excited!

Based on the picture, I'm guessing Filoni used Maul's appearance in the 'Visionaries' comic where he's a cyborg as the basis for the character model.

I dunno why, but there's just something about the pristine look of the white boxes and the actual mail-away... I'm still pissed there's a slightly visible crease on my rocket-firing Boba. ::)

So I guess it's actually between THAT episode and ROTS where Anakin's powers doubled?  ::) Yeah, that might be nice to start thinking about doubling your powers because for being the most powerful Jedi ever you sure seem to get your ass handed to you a lot.

I actually think it's a good lead-in for their duel in ROTS - I mean, the fact that Dooku was obviously shocked that Anakin didn't stop there and then Dooku taking that breather at the end really shows that he's aware Anakin's more powerful. Sure, Anakin got his ass handed to him, but it really remakes the ROTS duel... I'm just hoping that Filoni doesn't add another Dooku vs. Anakin fight before the series ends.

I'd buy a Nightsister...not sure why they wouldn't make one for CW too though

Hasbro did say awhile back that they'd be making plenty of figures from the Savage arc of episodes. NY Toy Fair will tell, most likely.

I just hope that those Villains sets are realistically-styled. And not cheesy like the Toys R Us 2-packs from last year, which included Anakin/Vader, Lil' Boba/Bad-ass Boba, and Grievous.
