I went ahead and ordered this assuming that I won’t get charged until it ships.  I figured that will at least give me options for later if it sells out - I don’t think it’ll sell out though.  I am assuming this one is going to be mass produced.  If nothing else I’ll have time to figure out what the deal is with the figures and what the best way to get those is if I  need to get them at all. 

Well, I think I only got one or two from the first Walmart run and Walmart screwed my preorder up so I had to overpay for those on eBay... so it's probably the EE or new mainline ones (or all of the above). 

Looking at my various order histories... it seems I ordered 14 from Amazon between March and November of 2024.  And I ordered 6 from EE back in 2022. 

...if that tells you anything...

They're not terrible but they're not pristine white like they were when I opened them.  They're also scattered on my shelves so I haven't exactly gone looking for all of them to line them up to see if it's universal or not.

Toy collectors can be a very weird bunch.  It's one of the reason I'm so glad to have this site.  I feel like we're a small, but relatively normal and socially adjusted bunch.
