2022 Disney Parks Obi-Wan Kenobi Droid Factory 4-Pack

Images have surfaced on social media of the Disney Parks Obi-Wan Kenobi Droid Factory 4-pack.   Here are the droids included in the set:

R3-T2
NED-B
Viper Probe Droid
1-JAC

In light of this news, and the fact that this line is a partnership with Hasbro, I don't think we can expect TVC versions of NED-B or 1-JAC any time soon.

Huh… those look oddly junky compared to everything that gets produced these days.

I think that looks like a pretty solid set. I will take them as Disnet Droids over TVC if it means removable limbs (especially the Probe Droid) and the ability to get them all in one fell swoop.

Yeah I just kind of feel like at least NED-B should have gotten the full TVC treatment.

I wonder why these didn't go up for order today along with all the other Disney exclusive droids.

The set from The Mandalorian was exclusive to the Disney Parks.  I know that I never saw it on Shop Disney.  I can see the potential for this set being exclusive to the parks as well.

Up until today I'm not sure any of the recent (past 1-2 years) Droid Factory sets have been put online.  I don't know if it was supply scarcity, a specific edict, an oversight, or what.  Two years ago you could expect most (not all) Droid Factory items would be put online, but now I'm not sure what the expectations are.

These are on eBay for $100 from Japan... we DO expect them to show up in the US right?

We do...Jayson says so.  I was really weighing those eBay listings though, too.

That's good enough for me.  If Jayson says they'll be here, they'll be here. 

I'd just hate to not buy one for $100 now and then have them get scrapped or something and have that be a $600 set overnight.

I took the plunge and bought this set from eBay.  Thank me now, because they'll probably be on Shop Disney next week.

Have these shown up in the US parks, or did you buy it from a seller in Japan?

A neighbor of mine just went to Disney World and was on the lookout for this set for me but didn't find it last week.

If it is the same seller, looks like they are down to 5. Thanks for the heads-up. I was going to pull the trigger on a seller from Japan for $72 and change; this one saves me $10.

So if there are a couple of US sellers at prices around $70… does this mean they’ve hit US parks and might keep getting cheaper?
