Just another thing Hasbro is doing to take resources away from TVC.  How long will we have to wait until we get an SM-33 in TVC?

Hell, The Bad Batch is going to be finished nearly a year and we have yet to get anyone but Hunter in TVC!
This is the way.

I have spoken.

From what Hasbro has publicly stated, lines like the Epic World of Adventure are geared specifically towards kids.  And they also have a distinctly different development budget than TVC or The Black Series.

If they don't announce sm-33 in tvc, I might just be buying my first Epic-whatever figure. The Yoda/pram ( just kidding) looks pretty good, too.

I hope unless Hasbro's studies show kids want more articulation, they aren't doing it to chase the "collector" crowd. I imagine more articulation  would equate to a higher price point, which would suck for kids and the adults who buy these for kids.

What is that Chewbacca supposed to be from?  Or is it just a made up outfit?

I think he is inspired by the ROTS Wookiee armor but just as made up as the Mech-suits that they re doing in this line.

2002.  These would fit in with screaming Mace Windu.

The gear with Chewbacca could have been colored a leather brown and gold, and it would have driven up the potential appeal dramatically.  But I suspect the bright colors are meant to draw in parents and kids.

It's pleasantly surprising that a few grab my interest  enough that I'd consider buying them as a stand-in until the character is made in TVC. In the case of Chewie, the accessories are part of the lure. Dang it, Hasbro, you're starting to reel me in.  :P

There's definitely a temptation to get the Chewbacca.  And it would be with the intention of painting the accessories to make them look like something in ROTS.

On another note?  I saw the Imperial Speeder bike in person.  And I'm tempted to get it because of the basket that you can attach to the side.  But the thing is, I want to get 2 of those baskets and put them on the Tatooine speeder bike.  SMH, this is getting out of hand!

Thanks, Jeff. My app opened when I clicked on the link. Hopefully you're credited.

I did a double-take when I saw the total. Haha. So used to seeing TVC pricing.
