That sums it up for me.

I just enjoy having something to own from various movies and TV shows I like.  usually I cannot get into something unless there is an action figure line to collect along with it...I think having something you can feel and touch goes a long way into helping you enjoy and appreciate the universe it comes from...

I think the only reason I have found the 2003 figures I did was because ALL were in horrible packages.  Either crushed, smashed, or dented bubbles, bent cards, bubbles peeling from cards, etc.

There are no MOMC Figures from the vader/Luke wave IMHO.  I've seen it put out 4 times at my walmart and each time, every figure had damaged packaging...

the thing that pisses me off is, Elan isnt even releaed yet (possibly not even through production yet) and there is still going to be a variant.  What they should have done was made the correct version from the get go....we've known for over a year now Elan has antannae, H must have missed the memo..

As for the Fett jumpsuit, it may be an issue with the plastic...different plastics used in each run,....

But I believe the Luke variants are all intentional....

The thing with prototypes is, I would rather have a finished, complete, production figure, rather than a multiple plasticed, unfinished unpainted pre-production piece.  You can keep your first shots and protos and hardcopies and all that jazz.  I want the finished figure.

Also, the only time I would even want a proto is if that figure was never released at retail...due to either cancellation or failure of a company or some other such thing...

Ok....so.

People have been telling me since last May that I look like Hayden Christensen.  Though I like Anakin as a character, I always dismissed them and said they were crazy.  This has been going on for a year or so now.  So....a little while ago I got bored and decided to put these rumors to an end and prove once and for all I did NOT look like Hayden.

Well.

I slapped myself in the face with this one.

I just stole some pix from TFN and did a splice and compare to some random pictures of me I had on my computer that lined up pretty well.  While not perfect, it presents a more or less...disturbing...to say the least...image....

Behold:  ATTACK OF THE CLONES

This was the first picture I did, and Its the least accurate, but it shows signs of similarity...




This is the second picture:  Its quite better and its starting to show frightening similarity...



Finally;  and this ones the real one that racked my brain.  I found a picture of Hayden and Natalie posed togather...and I decided, what the hell, I will see if my friend Sarah could pass for a costumed Padme as well....and my picture here on the split just...frightens me:  behold, Anakin Clone 3.0:



This really freaks me out.  Royally freaks me out.  People were right...

My god...

this said, do any of you compare to any characters and actors in SW or any movie for that matter??  My god....

from SW I save the little insert pictures from characters I like, and of course the JMP.  I also save the cardbacks so I know what accessories come with what whenever I will have to pack stuff up to move in the future.  12" Boxes I keep because I have a feeling one of these days I might repack them to display them incase I run out of shelf space...
