I recently received a B&W Leia and was devastated to find that her blaster barrell was bent posteriorly at about a 30degree angle. A quick Google search under 'polystone' and 'repair' revealed a few helpful sites. With the newly found information from those, I made the leap of taking a blow dryer at a medium setting to Leia's blaster. After gingerly heating on all sides for a total of about 20 seconds, I carefully applied tangential pressure to the barrel while supporting its length every so carefully. I then repeated this process two or three times more. Now Leia has an (almost) perfectly straight blaster with apparently no ill effects. Just thought I'd pass on the tip, if anyone else finds themselves in the same predicament.
