Way to get that plug in there Bill - you really are the master at this.

Did I mention we're raffling off a "Cable Original" drawing this week as part of http://CreatureCantina.com 's 4-year anniversary celebration?  I don't think I did.  I'll have to do it when I bump my art thread.

Would it be wrong to print up a bunch of black armbands withRS printed on them for C3?

Be more blatant about it.  Make up t-shirts that say REBELSCUM SUCKS.

DON'T STEAL MY MOTTO!!

In honor of Sin City (where you see CONSIDERABLY more of her),

Yeah, I just picked up the Galactic Heroes and a Clone Trooper.  I'm gonna do my real shopping when I can do it at a more leisurely pace... it was nuts there.

I know Raspet and a bunch of guys he went out with actually got the Yodas at their TRU.  First 11 through the door got one, and they all got there at 11:15pm.  Sounds like it was crazy all over.

I just got back from a TRU in Harrisburg.  Contrary to most reports, they DID have Holographic Yodas available.  They got in one case, which unfortunately ran out before I could get one.  But the guy said they'd be getting more for their promotion on the 10th.

It's too late to help anybody on the East Coast, but I figure your West Coast guys might want to adjust your plans accordingly.   ;)

I heard about the spam flood thing myself.  I gotta assume that it's more sophisticated than just something that returns E-mails to the sender's address.  Maybe it can track the path of the E-mail and find the original server (though I figure most of those paths gotta be spoofed to begin with).  If they have something that can get past the spoofs... well then that'd be worth reporting on the news.

I wonder if there's a link floating around out there somewhere.

Shameless Bill, shameless.  Nicely done.  :)

Hey... I have a reputation to maintain.

Hey now... I was promoting http://PSWCS.com in that message.  That's a collecting club I belong to... and really has nothing to do with my art.

Now if I was plugging http://CreatureCantina.com (which, BTW, has a FANTASTICALLY funny update this week including a story about this whole spamming episode), then you would have a point.   ;D

Anyway, if you're not in a collecting club, you should be!

What the hell do you think JediDefender is, Bill?!   ;)

Yeah, we're a little more spread out than your average "local" collecting club, but still...  At least we get to hold our Collecting Club meetings all over the country, from MN to TN to CA...   8)

Well... yeah... I guess.   I should have said "regional collecting club" or something.   :P

If you guys ever hold a Pennsylvania JD meeting, be sure to give me a holler.

Does Dallas have a collecting club?  Of all the forums I frequent, nothing comes close to the content and comraderie I get from PSWCS.  We have about 220 members now, and have an E-mail list where people post stuff all day long.  I get immediate store sightings to my inbox, along with great conversation.  And that's not even mentioning the monthly meetings where we swap stories and toys.

Anyway, if you're not in a collecting club, you should be!

I've heard that the Black Cat is supposed to be in 3 as well.  They had a bit on AICN (I think) from an actress who said she hopes to play a "blonde, buxom villain" in Spidey 3.

I sure hope they don't do Venom.  How will the story make any sense w/o sending Spidey into space to meet the symbiote?

So they'll manufacture a fabric from scratch just for a single dress?  I always thought most were made from existing fabric.  I guess you learn something new every day.  I had no idea they started with the raw silk or other materials.
