I've also done this a few times and practice definitely helps.  One thing I can add, is that working with a small head is very nerve-racking (or at least it was for me).  Its very easy for the dremel to slip and I've always worried I'm going to grind my fingers to the bone    So far no major injuries.

That Diorama is just great.  The detail is amazing.  Can I ask how you get the stone wall looking finish?  Is that foam coar based?  Thanks!

So I'm officially thinking about starting a photonovel.  However, in order to make it happen I need some more custom parts and/or figures to be included.  Specifically I'm looking for Captain Typho heads (Probably will be one of the central characters) and many (many many) Tusken raiders (POFT, POTJ, Saga, or OTC).   I'd also be interested in other denizens that could be found on Tatooine. 

As far as fodder up for trade, I'm somewhat limited but do have a healthy supply of ROTS Clones (#6 - white and red, #41s, #33s).  I've also got a fair number of ROTS fodders (R2D2, R4P17), Various Jedi, Tarkin, Wookies (all sorts), and other assorted characters.  I've also got a limited availabilty of army building types from EP1 and Saga lines.

If anyone can help out a newbie please let me know.  If you are looking for specific items, please let me know and I'll see what I have available.

You can buy spray adhesives (aerosol cans) that work very well.  However, you need to spray in a well ventilated area and you should lay out a bunch of old newspapers becuase the spray will go wider than just your paper.

Wow, A'Sharad looks amazing.  I've been thinking about making someone like him (at least a Tusken Jedi or Sith).  Thats a great use of parts.  I wish I would have picked up more than on Sith Evolutions Pack!!

Both of those guys look top notch.  I really like the trandoshan, good use of parts.  The paint job on the Mandolorian looks amazing.
