Remember to ask for Canadian Whiskey, Jesse.  Otherwise you're likely to be drinking bourbon (something else I ended up drinking in West Lafayette - along with tequila and jaegermeister :-X)

Nothing wrong with a little Jaeger... that's some damn good stuff.

Oi, thanks.  That's the last thing I need.  I still can't drink bourbon - I got drunk on Jack Daniels the very first time, and the memories (or lack thereof) will haunt me forever.

Yeah, as long as it's not following a whole lot of Killian's red and the aforementioned tequila and bourbon.  Jeez, but that was messy.

I have to profess my Jaegermeister virginity.  I've never tried it, but of course have heard the name often.  Is it usually mixed, or just had straight?   :-[

Straight in my experience.  Seems to be a bit of a collegial thing.  Doesn't do much for me, but it's not bad and I presume like any booze, you can acquire a taste for it.

I wasn't in a position to say no.  When starving graduate students buy you booze, it's offensive to decline.

Naturally.  Don't you miss those days?  (I was never a grad student, but definitely a starving student for 8 years)

Actually no, I don't miss them that much.  I rather prefer having money, food, shelter and lots and lots of toys.   ;D

I hated having to make a decision between orange carded Dagobah Luke and a new green carded figure.  I could only afford one and that just bit.

I do miss the lifestyle, because ultimately it was not nearly as bad as it seemed.

If I was 21 I'd be ****faced too.

But I'm not. And I don't know where to get a fake ID. The closest thing to a bar I could get into there is a strip club.

Yeah,  what is the deal w/ Hooters?   Is this actually some "planned" JD thing?  plans? who-da-thunk...

Little late here, by yeah, Shannon (and others).  It's pretty much an official gig at this point, just to get the party started off with a bang!  8)

A few of us are rolling in together around 6pm, so it's off to the hotel to unload, and straight over to Hooters after that.  I'm hoping we'll be there by 7pm at the latest, and then we'll likely be there for quite a long, long while after that...  ;)

So come one, come all!  The beer and hot wings are on Chris Berry!

OK, not really.  But it'll still be a blast even if you have to pay for your own drinks...  ;)

Looks like we've finally got an address to work with too, so thanks for digging that up as well!

I'm laying off the Jaeger though.  Man, that ****'s gotten me into some trouble back in the day!  :-X

In that case, I'll have to buy you a couple.   ;)
