« on: February 13, 2009, 03:37 PM »This set finally showed up at TRU in Canada at $29.99. Saw it for the first time yesterday. Passed on it at that price point, though I did think it looked ok.
Then go to Kmart $25. I dont know you Canada is the same, but my TRU's has them at $24. Walmart price up again $23.94, then Target $21 plus, but yes, this pack & hoth are almost extict anywhere.
Get cupons that helps.

Since I bought 3 spacetrooper, then I have one set of R5-A2 head & front leg avalible for you... I need to buy stamps for mailing in case you want to trade... or buy it then I'll go to PO

Finaly arrived at one of my Walmarts.
I got wave 5: Luke,Han,Ben Kennolly, and the only 3 Spacetrooper avalible.
Later I will get the 4 creatures to complete the Droids, but I need to recover money to put back to my credit card.
BTW: at least I have 2 sets of R5-A2 head and front leg for trade, I need few parts for other wave droids...
I will try now if the heads of Kir & Jax from Crimson Empire fits to one of these ANH troopers.

I couldn't belive or bare another price up... Now Battle Packs is $23.97, making it $25 after taxes
......Since here still not sign of a darnet wave 5 or ANH, then I didn't have another choice than to go with it cuz I really like TESB-Hoth Troopers & found a bunch of them and bought them for my Hoth Army Build.
Today I saw few Re-relases but not in all stores, of: Vehicles/V-Wind and Tie Fighter(No the Vader one) at Target... Battlepacks: MF Crew, CW Recon Biker Scout, SL Hoth Speeder Bike Patrols ... Comic Pack Expanded Universe/ Darth Talon etc, Clone Emperor & Luke, Faie & Vos, Durge & Luke, Xisor & Leia.
The Good thing is that in some Targets the Vehicles went down to $19 or $18. something.
Again not wave 5 or 6 Snowtrooper...for Hoth's sake!

The price on the shelf stated '$36.99' so I figured that was a definite purchase considering it has two vehicles and six figures. Not realizing it was supposed to be $54.99, I went up to the register and was pretty taken aback when it was rung up for the full amount. I pleaded my case and ended up walking out of the store with it for $37.
Basicly thats a bit less than two vehicles & the rest is free

I have been informed by a Target Employee, that the reason that some of these guys got their Rancor & Droid factory at their location is....cuz Targets dont say but few Target stores compete with each other. but normaly this wouldn't happen in all the states. So these guys has some competitive Stores.
I would love to had known that before I had traveled for hrs in all Targets of my locations for few days
I got pissed, there is not sign of them yet, & the web say is not yet on stores.
I ordered it from Target.com. I have to say, it tickled my geek nerve...I really like this Rancor!
Would be cool to make a dog fight between both Rancors: TFU & ROTJ ones
ROTJ looks so realistic, and I'm glad Hasbro didn't stock the Sarlacc Luke on this pack.... the TAC Luke is the best!

« on: February 6, 2009, 05:53 PM »I just saw this pack this morning, it was ok. Cool if you collect the animated stuff, nice way to army build at a more affordable price.
FYI - I also noticed there is a running change on the I^-86 Droid's guns, they are molded blue now.
I'm trying to make a bit of both: Legacies and Clone Wars, dont know if I can keep it up.
need few 501st for Rex & few 212th Codyies.
Saw these bad boys today as well, I picked up 2....
Sadly I passed two AT-TE at clearance $64 each, now its no where to find them at that price, only Kmart has some but at normal price.
But I can wait till get on clearance or wait for the Turbo Tank to come out to fit these AT's guys.

Exactly, also perhaps thats why there was not Ashoka Tano in Trespass, finaly we will understand the movie better. Now I know that all chapter are "not" in alphabetical order, could be 2 or 3 but not all.
