Title: Need help from UK!

Mods, please delete/remove/destroy if needed.

Is there any form member living in the UK that can give me a hand trying to track a package lost in transit to Herfordshire? It arrived at Heathrow, lost from there. Mainly calling the Royal Mail service or Customs service to ask point questions would be needed if there is absolutely no cost other than time.

Please shoot me a PM. Thanks a ton.

I was there yesterday... sorry, I didn't see this until now though.

So what's the problem exactly?  Is it that you can't call without paying a bunch of long-distance?

Because you can get Skype credit really inexpensively and call anywhere for a few cents a minute.
