K-Mart has started (?) to clearance their exclusive Clone Trooper 4-pack, the one with Scuba Clone, Red ARC Trooper, Quad Gunner and clone armor Obi-Wan, for $19. They still have a bunch around here. Just need a 50% off sale! 

How about a seperate release of the khaki/tan droid? Or is it because there's only one of that battle droid tooling? I guess they have duplicate clone trooper molds, hence the shock trooper, 501st and white ROTS clone all shipping in Legends at the same time.  Or is it their strange "no new figures on Legends card backs" stance (IIRC, they said something like that)...since changing the color would make them new?

They seem to stubbornly refuse to put VOTC Stormtrooper in legends, acting like the clean Sandtrooper was good enough. Lack of Utapau Clone is strange, given how much attention they give Commander Cody in the regular and especialy in the clone wars series (you'd think they'd reissued his 212th clone there, too).  Run off some of that comic book pack Utapau clone and...who we kidding, they have plan a year in advance for even a simple reissue on a new card.

Wait for the purple Mace Windu's Jedi Turbo Speeder redeco, and the Darth Vader Jedi Turbo Speeder, which he used while waiting for his TIE-Turbo Speeder to arrive. 

Could've been something like this:

Imperial Commander (Needa in black with At-At Commander legs)
AT-AT Commander (Vintage colors, all dark grey)
TIE Pilot (grey boots and gloves)
Bespin Guard (Sgt. Eidan with caucasian skin)
Could Car Pilot (different colored mustache or possibly dark skinned)
Ugnaught (head swap on the two recent ones, with color tweaks)
Hoth Rebel trooper (beardless)
Wedge Antilles (Snow Speeder, admittedly, not a vintage release, but follows the trend of making Wedge hard to get!)
Luke Skywalker (Bespin, classic Kenner deco...peachy clean uniform and oh-so-blonde)

Just as glad it wasn't. I have a hard time buying big sets and opening collector packaging.

FX-7, Bespin Guard and an AT-AT driver were others.

Seems like overkill...making them all in one box.

I didn't even know the vintage 3-packs existed until I saw pictures of them in a collectibles guide, so that sense of nostalgia just isn't quite there for me.

What took them so long, actually. It was one of the few midsized vehicles in ROTS , and one for clones, at that. Seems like it should've been made before, say the AT-AP, which had to be scaled down.
